Work-Outs can depend on what your wanting to succeed in and anything in particular you want to do. It can vary from High-Intensity to Flexibility. It's your choice though! I have many links that go to 6 different specified type of work-outs if your interested in any of them. I'm sorry if there isn't anything of your liking, I will be adding more song whenever I come to it! :)

Tips

Remember whenever you do work-outs to not push yourself too hard just because you want to achieve something. You can end up hurting yourself, or tearing a muscle. Trust me you do not want to tear a muscle. Work-out to your limit, not over your limit. Never give up, you got this!!
